Catalyse Community and Wellbeing Scorecards - Your Chance To Rate Us!

The City of Belmont is continuously finding ways to improve the quality of life for its residents.

To help plan for the future, the City is currently conducting a survey called the MARKYT Community Scorecard 2021 and MARKYT Wellbeing Scorecard 2021 commencing on Monday 16 August.

The results will be used to benchmark the City's performance against other local governments and improve services to the community.

Participants are invited to rate local services, programs and facilities, and to tell the City about their needs.

A group of randomly selected residents will be contacted and asked to rate local services, facilities and programs. Data collection and analysis is being undertaken by CATALYSE, an independent research company.

The scorecard is open to City of Belmont residents aged 14 years or older.

Community members who did not receive an invitation by post or email to take part in the study are able to participate online. The scorecard generally takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

All responses are confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles and CATALYSE will report responses in an aggregate or anonymous form to the City of Belmont that will not personally identify participants.

The community scorecard study closes at 5pm on Friday 3 September 2021.
