Talking Space - an inclusive storytelling and author Q & A session

Celebrate the importance of storytelling and gain insight into the everyday experience of two young authors with disabilities.

For families and interested people of all ages.

This program will be held in the Children's Space.

A joint presentation by two of the eleven contributing authors to Talking Space – an inclusive children’s book highlighting the storytellers’ place within the community. Kaitlin H. and Charlotte Paterson, two young authors with disabilities, will each be reading their stories, followed by an interactive Q&A session with the audience. Guided by their experience of facing adversity and challenges, the book aims to capture the everyday experiences of people living with a disability. The book is due to be published in mid-November 2021.
