Belmont Hub is a modern multi-purpose, cross-generational community building featuring a library over two levels, digital hub, seniors hub, state-of-the-art museum and much more!
This architecturally striking building is a vision created by Bollig Design Group and delivered by PACT Construction.
The existing Civic Centre will continue to house the administration offices, rates enquiries, and cashier.
COVID-19 Contact Tracing at Belmont Hub
Please note that from 5 December 2020 visitors to City of Belmont facilities, including Belmont Hub will be required to record their details for WA Health Department COVID-19 contact tracing.
When you arrive at the Belmont Hub, it is mandatory that you either scan the QR code using the SafeWA app
or speak to our staff to be signed in manually.

The City of Belmont received a $9.6 Million Federal Government grant towards the project, and $3.8 Million grant from Lotterywest for the community service providers office space.
The City also received a $540,000 Federal Government grant for state-of-the-art security systems and infrastructure, and a $196,736 Federal Government grant for 79 CCTV cameras.
